RESTAURANT INFORMATION

The Ivy Kensington Brasserie dress code is smart casual. We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant. However, Registered Assistance Dogs are of course welcome. The Ivy Kensington Brasserie has accessible access to the main restaurant and restricted access facilities.

Due to demand and changes in Government regulations, guests are now able to book our outdoor tables to dine with friends and family outside their household.

Please do note that should the weather change, we unfortunately aren’t able to guarantee a table inside. We will always accommodate you inside if there is availability but this is not guaranteed. We recommend calling our reservations team if it is due to rain to check if there is availability inside.

We currently have a limited number of heaters on the terrace. We recommend dressing warmly outside as we approach the winter months.

Please note our reservations diary is open 4 months in advance. Reservations phone lines are open between 9am-6pm, seven days a week. Should you wish to manage your reservation outside these times, please call  020 3301 0500 and you will be transferred directly to the restaurant.

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however these are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

Our bar areas are not in operation due to social distancing. We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the time of their booking as our bar area will not be currently operating as a waiting space.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking, unfortunately we aren’t able to accommodate pushchairs on our terrace due to limited space.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.
